Rosanna Hildyard is an editor and writer from North Yorkshire. She is a Barbican Young Poet and an alumna of the Roundhouse Poetry Collective. Her poetry has been published in PERVERSE, Banshee and Modern Poetry in Translation. Her short stories have been shortlisted for the Benedict Kiely Short Story Competition and come second in the Brick Lane Short Story Prize. Her short collection, Slaughter (Broken Sleep Books), from which ‘Offcomers’ is taken, was long-listed for the Edge Hill Prize 2021.
