Laura Ellen Joyce researches 21st century literature, necrophilia, masculinity, crime scenes and pornography at Sussex University. She is project co-ordinator of the AHRC Global Queer Cinema project. She has been published in Succour, Paraxis and Quick Fictions, and anthologised in Murmurations: An Uncanny Anthology of Bird Stories. She lives in Brighton.
